In partnership with the Construction Industry Training Board,
W. A. Hills runs a very successful carpentry & joinery apprenticeship scheme, providing a structured training programme that combines college study with on the job training leading to level 3 NVQ qualifications.

Our apprentices generally go on to become full time employees, worthy of our reputation, reflecting our commitment to developing new talent for the continued success of our business.
